Become a Duty Manager at FEVA Hotels

We’re looking for a sharp, organised and dependable Duty Manager to join the team at The Westgate Hotel - a leading site within the FEVA Hotels brand. This role is perfect for someone with hotel experience who’s ready to move into a leadership position.

As Duty Manager, you’ll help oversee smooth hotel operations during sessions. From staff briefings and hosting to stepping in when things get busy. You’ll be the person the team looks to when it matters most.

What you'll do

• Host sessions

• Lead pre-session briefings to ensure staff know their roles and key info

• Oversee hotel operations during sessions — from reception to our restaurants 

• Organise staff absences and reassign cover quickly and fairly

• Support live HR concerns professionally and consistently

• Communicate with senior management on team performance and any issues

• Maintain high standards and help create a smooth, enjoyable guest experience

What we're looking for

• Prior experience working at a Roblox hotel is essential

• Leadership experience is a bonus, but not required

• Confident communicator, able to brief, delegate and support others

• Calm under pressure and fair in decision-making

• Strong understanding of how FEVA Hotels run day to day

• Reliable, professional and switched-on
